Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EvolveAMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Use of the Platform
EvolveAMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your organization's internal purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all member data and content you import or create within EvolveAMS. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the platform services. We do not use your member data for any purpose other than service delivery.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in your order agreement. Overdue balances may result in service suspension.
Termination
Either party may terminate these terms upon written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvolveAMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
